Terms And Conditions

This is a legal agreement between you, the users, and Binny V Abraham, the service provider, that is me. By registering for the service, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to those terms, you can not avail my services.

Terms used in this Agreement

I, me, myself : Binny V Abraham. Provider of CD Customer Service.
You : The user of the services that are provided by me.

1. You do not have the right to duplicate the CDs other than for backup purposes.
2. You cannot sell the CD to others unless permission is granted by me.
3. The CD's HTML content, layouts, technologies, etc. remain the property of me. You can only use them with the permission of Binny.
4. The content of the CD(Softwares, tutorials, games etc.) remain the property of their respective owners.
5. The shareware and trial programs are provided for demonstration purposes only. To keep it you must purchase the software from their respective owners.
6. The tutorials are provided for educational purposes only. The content is not mine but their respective authors. I will not be in any way responsible for their inaccuracies.
7. I will not be responsible for the damage caused by any software in the CD.
8. I will not replace any CD that is damaged by any means after the sale.
9. I will not refund the price after the sale is made(Exceptions apply).
